Aquilini Development is pleased to announce the unveiling of Boardwalk, our second master-planned community in partnership with a group of Tsawwassen First Nation landowners.

Tsawwassen Shores is the first community by the partnership and is currently selling its final phase of condominiums, Peregrine North and Peregrine South. Tsawwassen Shores is comprised of single-family homes, townhomes, duplexes and condominiums, of which have over 200 residents and over 400 homes sold to date.

Boardwalk’s home types will be a similar mix but with a refreshing new modern look. The community is a short 2 minute drive north of Tsawwassen Shores and the site features an incomparable rare waterfront location.

In addition to a connective boardwalk to Breakwater Path along the water’s edge, Boardwalk will also feature an 8,000 square foot beach resort-inspired clubhouse. The amenity will include a swimming pool and deck, jacuzzi and a bbq lounge. Inside, the clubhouse will also offer a fitness centre, kid’s play area, meeting rooms, and 2 party lounges.

The first phase of sales will feature a collection of single-family homes and 3 bedroom townhomes.

The Boardwalk Presentation Centre will open for public previews on May 11, 2019 and sales will begin shortly thereafter.
