This project is located on the former BC Liquor Distribution Branch site on East Broadway in Vancouver and is co-owned by Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations and Aquilini Development. Currently in the early stages of planning, this community will feature easy access to the Rupert SkyTrain Station.
