The first initial phases of our first community built in partnership with a group of Tsawwassen First Nation landowners. Our first homebuyers were true visionaries and we value their confidence in us as builders. Along with the homes, our team also built elements of public infrastructure including the new Boardwalk Trail that leads to the oceanfront Breakwater Path.
