FAQ's

The Completion Date will be established by our team and set out in a formal written notice to you (the buyer) or your Lawyer/Notary. Such Completion Date will typically be at least 14 days after the date on which our team has delivered the notice you or your Lawyer/Notary.
We recommend giving notice after you have received the formal written Notice of Completion from us. Please note we are not responsible for the terms of your rental agreement, so we suggest you have a clear understanding of your legal obligations to your Landlord.
Any requests for changes to your Completion Date must come to us formally through your Lawyer/Notary. There are terms in your contract which, subject to our approval, allows for limited delays in your Completion Date provided you agree to pay interest fees as stated.If you are out of town, please speak with your Lawyer/Notary about alternative options, including Power of Attorney, and the necessary paperwork and costs involved in completing your purchase.
Yes, you will need to sign and submit a Release Form stating who you are assigning your rights to. Please contact Aquilini Customer Care at [email protected] to request a copy of this form.
We encourage appraisers to do their inspections during the Pre-Completion Orientation. If the appraiser is unable to attend on the specified date, please have the appraiser contact the sales team to book an appointment for access.
Once your Completion Date has been confirmed, a member of our team will contact you to schedule an appointment on the Possession Date (one day following the Completion Date). Your parking stall(s), storage locker, bike locker numbers (as applicable under your Purchase and Sale Agreement) will be outlined in your closing documents and one of our team members will be happy to show you where your parking stall and lockers are located on your Possession Date.

Please contact your property/building manager with all concerns relating to the day-to-day operations of the building, including but not limited to garbage collection, extra key fobs, cleaning of windows, elevator operation and landscaping. Our homes are protected by a 2-5-10 Year Home Warranty Program:

2 Year Material & Labour Warranty
  • First 12 months – Coverage for any defect in materials and labour
  • First 15 months – Coverage for any defects in materials and labour in the common property of a multi-unit building
  • First 24 months – Coverage for any defect in materials and labour supplied for the electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning delivery and distribution systems. In addition, coverage for any defect in materials and labour supplied for the exterior cladding, caulking, windows and doors that may lead to detachment or material damage to the new home
5 Year Building Envelope Warranty
  • Coverage for the building envelope for up to five years for defects in the building envelope of a new home, including a defect which permits unintended water penetration such that it causes, or is likely to cause, material damage to the new home.
10 Year Structural Defects Warranty
  • Any defect in materials and labour that results in the failure of a load-bearing part of the new home
  • A defect that causes structural damage that materially and adversely affects the use of the new home for residential occupancy
